The report is operated confidentially and can be used legitimately by anyone, anywhere
The following matters that are helpful for the development of the company are subject to reporting.

What to report

  • Employee irregularities, and socially reprehensible behavior (bribery, improper requests or offers, etc.)
  • Employee misconduct, solicitation, and behavior that undermines a healthy corporate culture
  • Suggestions for improving unreasonable practices
  • Other matters that violate the Code of Ethics
  • We will reply to the e-mail address you provided to notify you of the outcome of the process.
  • We do not handle matters related to the private life of individuals.
  • The confidentiality of real-name reporters is guaranteed, and any tracking of the reporters' identities is prohibited.
    (You can also report anonymously, but we will not accept reports with unclear contact information.)

Whistleblower Protection

We will not disclose any information that reveals or implies the informant's identity without his/her consent; for any disadvantages caused by failure to comply with this, we will restore the original damage and fulfill the corresponding responsibilities.

Protection Policy

The informant and the report's contents are strictly confidential within the Cyber Report, and a secure security system protects the report system. In addition, the report center is operated by a limited number of people who have pledged to observe the strict confidentiality of the report. In the event of violating the informant's identity and confidentiality, the person will be punished by the company's rules. If it is recognized that the disadvantageous disposition or punishment of the informant was caused by the report, restitution or equivalent compensation measures will be taken. If the whistleblower reports fraud or irregularities involving himself/herself, it will be handled reasonably through sufficient extenuating circumstances.

1. Purpose of collecting and using personal information

2. Retention and use period of personal information

The processing and retention period of personal information is as follows

We will notify you of the outcome of your report via the e-mail you entered when making the report, and it will take about 7~10 days for the confirmation process.
